Our approach to receivership assignments is focused entirely on achieving the maximum and most timely proceeds from the secured assets.
We do this by identifying the time critical and value impacting issues prior to appointment. We then address these issues at the earliest opportunity following appointment.
Prior to commencing each appointment we obtain a thorough understanding of the secured assets. We also prepare a draft enforcement plan, which we agree with the appointer. Upon appointment we commence to implement the enforcement plan and validate any assumptions on which it was based.
We review our enforcement plan following appointment and propose any appropriate amendments as part of our first report to the appointer.
We are experienced in administering trading assets pending sale as a going concern.
As need arises, we can call on an experienced team of external consultants and advisors in whom we have confidence.
We are also experienced in assignments where the borrower either resists the appointment, or refuses to co-operate with the receiver. In these cases we have found that our decisive approach to taking control of the assets has minimised any loss of value caused by borrower interference.
