PKF’s Advisory & Restructuring team currently has a vacancy for a Junior Administrator.

We are looking to recruit an entry level administrator to join the team on a full-time basis, who is willing to further develop their skills whilst working with us. You will be encouraged to develop both personally and professionally and you will be supported as far as your ambition will take you. We will be happy to support you through courses which will further enhance your education relevant to the role.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

  • Electronic and paper filing
  • Preparing standard form correspondence from templates
  • Entering receipts and payments into a computer system
  • Phone management
  • Assist with general ad hoc projects as and when required
  • Admin support to advisory & restructuring department
  • Dictation (50 wpm)

Education/Qualifications

  • Leaving Certificate and relevant post Leaving Cert qualification
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a professional environment

Skills & Experience

  • Copy and audio typing (minimum 50 wpm)
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
